Guru and Ketu Together in Simha Illuminate the Second House for Cancer Moon in December

December 2026 is a luminous month for Karkata Rashi — the Moon sign ruled by Chandra itself. Guru (Jupiter) transits Simha (Leo) from October 31, 2026 and remains there through the end of the month, lighting up your Dhana Bhava, the second house of speech, family, sustenance, and accumulated resources. As a friend of Surya, the ruler of Simha, Jupiter is dignified here in a sign it governs indirectly through solar grace, lending wisdom and eloquence to your words, and steady growth to your household finances. Ketu joins Jupiter in Simha, having entered the same sign on May 18, 2025, and continues to travel with the Brihaspati through December 5, 2026, after which Ketu moves into Karkata itself. The pairing of Guru and Ketu in your second house brings a paradoxical blend of expansion and surrender to the domains of speech and self-worth — the mantras and counsel you offer carry unusual weight, while material attachments loosen to make room for inner richness. Shani (Shani) in Meena (Pisces) occupies your ninth house of Dharma, Bhagya, and Guru-Kripa — the most sacred and expansive of all Bhavas — a placement that requires patient and disciplined adherence to ethical principles but ultimately rewards Karkata natives who live with genuine integrity. Rahu transits Kumbha (Aquarius) at the start of the month, touching your eighth house of hidden things and transformation, and crosses into Makara (Capricorn) on December 5, 2026, moving into your seventh house of partnerships and public dealings for the balance of December, seeding a year-long emphasis on committed relationships. Surya, the ruler of Simha where Jupiter now shines, illuminates your Sagittarian sixth house through the month — the Shatru-Roga-Rina domain of health, obstacles, and service — empowering you to overcome difficulties with solar resolve. Margashirsha's Vaishnava grace intensifies for Karkata Rashi because Chandra is deeply venerated in Vaishnava cosmology as the presiding deity of the mind — the Manasa of creation. The entire month carries a luminous quality for Cancer Moon natives who choose conscious devotion and gratitude as their orientation.
