Temple Booking · Sankalp
Your name, gotra and nakshatra read out at the sanctum.
An archana is short. A priest takes your name, your gotra and your nakshatra to the sanctum, makes the offering in your name, and hands back the prasadam. It is the oldest way to be present at a temple you cannot reach. We book it, we stand there while it is done, and we send you three things: a photo from that day, the temple's own receipt with your name on it, and the prasadam by post. You will know the date, the temple and the priest's name. If the temple cannot do it on your date, we tell you before it happens, not after.
Performed on your date where the temple's schedule allows, otherwise on the next day it does — and we ask you first.
₹501prasadam and postage included
If you choose "I do not know my gotra", the sankalp uses Kashyapa gotra — the customary fallback. We show you that on screen before you pay, so nothing is substituted quietly.
You get the temple's receipt in your own name, a photo of the day it was done, and the prasadam by post. If the temple cannot perform it on your date, we tell you before we perform it, not after.

Yes. Choose "I do not know my gotra" and the sankalp uses Kashyapa gotra, which is the customary fallback for exactly this situation. We show you that on screen before you pay, so nothing is substituted quietly.
No. The whole point of an archana in your name is that it is performed for you in your absence. Your name and gotra are what is present at the sanctum.
You get a dated photo from that day, the temple's own receipt with your name on it, and the prasadam by post. The written note names the priest and the date.
It is an offering made in your name. We do not claim it produces a result, and you should be careful of anyone who does. What we promise is that the offering is made, on your date, in your name.
Yes, up to four family names in the same sankalp, at no extra cost. Add them under "Whose name".
Yes, from the temples in our directory. If a temple you want is not listed, it is because we do not yet have a reliable route to it, and we would rather say so than take your money.
Choose your date and tell us the tithi it marks. We match it to the temple's schedule and tell you the closest date they can actually do.
