अस्त (Planetary Combustion)

सूर्य के निकट होने से ग्रह की रोशनी छिपी हुई मानी जाने वाली अवस्था।

अस्त ग्रह की स्थिति सूर्य से दूरी के आधार पर जाँची जाती है। इसके फल का निर्णय ग्रह, राशि, भाव और दृष्टि को साथ देखकर किया जाता है।

A combust planet loses strength — its qualities are overpowered by the Sun's energy, making it less able to deliver results for the areas of life it governs. The Moon's combustion (Amavasya, new moon) is the most commonly discussed.

Is a combust planet always negative?

Classically, combustion weakens a planet.
