The donation route exists and fails closed until the payment rails are ready. Real submission needs: (1) a signed-in donor, (2) provisioned Razorpay credentials, (3) a Razorpay webhook handler for receipt + thank-you email, and (4) a beneficiary map per cause in src/config/commerce.ts (which trust / bank account each cause routes to).
Click-path: Razorpay Dashboard → Account & Settings → API Keys (verify the live key is in Secret Manager, NOT in the repo). Then app.razorpay.com→ Route → create a dedicated "donations" route for this brand. The server route is already present; payment-provider provisioning remains outside this UI surface.
