We collect only what a reading or an order needs — your name, birth details and contact — and we hold it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
DPDP consent: we ask for clear, specific consent before processing your birth details, and you can withdraw it at any time from your profile.
Purpose limitation: birth data is used to compute your charts and reports only — never sold, never used to train models without consent.
Your rights: request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to erase it by writing to care@healersworld.in.
Security: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the team members who fulfil your order.
Terms
Healers World provides guidance and devotional services. Readings are for reflection and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Eligibility: you must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to purchase a paid service.
Guidance, not certainty: astrological and AI readings are interpretive. We stand behind the accuracy of the computation and the citation of sources, not the outcome of events.
GST invoicing: every paid order generates a GST-compliant tax invoice with our GSTIN, issued to the email on your account.
Acceptable use: services are for personal devotion and may not be resold or used to harass, defraud or mislead others.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase. Donations and offerings performed in your name are treated differently from digital reports.
Facilitated donations & seva: once an offering, pooja or daan is performed in your name at the temple, it cannot be refunded — the sankalp has been fulfilled. Cancellations before performance are fully refundable.
Digital reports: a generated, cited PDF report is delivered instantly and is non-refundable once produced. If generation fails, you are not charged.
Store products: physical items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition; consecrated items that have been opened are exempt.
Processing: approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, with a credit note where GST applies.
