Privacy & your data

We collect only what a reading or an order needs — your name, birth details and contact — and we hold it under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• DPDP consent: we ask for clear, specific consent before processing your birth details, and you can withdraw it at any time from your profile.
• Purpose limitation: birth data is used to compute your charts and reports only — never sold, never used to train models without consent.
• Your rights: request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to erase it by writing to support@healersworld.org.
• Security: data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the team members who fulfil your order.
• Service providers: a few contracted processors help us run the service — payments (Razorpay), email (Resend), analytics you consent to (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and our customer-support CRM (Twenty), which keeps your contact details, orders and support history so we can help you across our sites. Your birth details are never shared with them.
• Computation, hosting and messages: the calculation finds your charts, readings and reports from the birth details you enter; Google Cloud and Firebase host the site, your account and your saved data; and Meta's WhatsApp Business platform delivers the WhatsApp messages you choose to receive.

Terms of service

Healers World provides guidance and devotional information with links to official sources and external providers. Readings are for reflection and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice.

• Eligibility: you must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law to purchase a paid service.
• Guidance, not certainty: astrological and AI readings are interpretive. We stand behind the accuracy of the computation and the citation of sources, not the outcome of events.
• GST invoicing: every paid order generates a GST-compliant tax invoice with our GSTIN, issued to the email on your account.
• Acceptable use: services are for personal devotion and may not be resold or used to harass, defraud or mislead others.

Refunds

Refunds & cancellations

Refund terms apply to purchases made through Healers World. Poojas and seva are information and provider handoffs; any external payment follows that provider’s own policy.

• Poojas and seva: Healers World does not take payment or perform these rites. Confirm booking, fulfilment, cancellation and refund terms directly with the temple, provider or non-profit before paying on its website.
• Digital reports: a generated PDF is non-refundable once produced. If a paid report fails to arrive, contact support with the order number for a delivery or refund review.
• Store products: physical items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition; consecrated items that have been opened are exempt.
• Processing: approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, with a credit note where GST applies.

Advertisers

Advertiser placements

A sponsored placement on Temple World is paid advertising. It is not a temple offering, and the rules below differ from those for seva and reports.

• Non-refundable once live: a placement fee is not refunded once the listing has been approved and appears on the board. If we decline your listing, we refund it in full.
• Review first: every paid listing is checked before it appears. We may decline or remove a listing that breaks the rules. A placement is not an endorsement, and a bid never changes what a temple page says.
• GST: the bid shown includes 18% GST, and a GST invoice is issued to the billing details on your account.
• Disputes: to dispute a charge or report a listing, write to support@healersworld.org or use the contact page, quoting your order number.

• Inputs and limits: Birth date, time, coordinates, and UTC offset affect a chart. An uncertain birth time makes the ascendant, houses, and timing uncertain; an assumed time is not an exact birth record. Panchang depends on the location, date, and time zone, so check these before using a timing. A sample response is not proof of a personal calculation. Provider outages and missing data can make a tool unavailable.
• What the tools cover: The configured tools cover birth charts, nakshatras, dashas, chart matching, doshas, transits, panchang, and numerology. The Vedic chart shows nine grahas, while the Western chart includes Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. Some numerology tools calculate digit sums locally and offer AI interpretations alongside them. The availability of a tool page does not guarantee that its provider will be available for every request.

We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.
