For a missing tax invoice, contact support with your payment reference.

A recurring plan renews monthly or annually under the mandate you approve. Cancel renewal in Billing and check its status; access continues until your paid-through date. Wallet top-ups and one-time purchases do not renew.

A failed or pending payment does not grant access or wallet credit. If money was debited, check Orders, Wallet and Billing before paying again, then contact support with the payment reference if confirmation is still missing. A refund request records a review, rather than confirming a refund.

Wallet rupees and purchased Vaani question packs have no time expiry; questions are consumed as you use them. Plan allowances run over a rolling 30-day window. A Vaani day pass ends after its one-day access period.

A report is non-refundable once generated; if a paid report fails to arrive, contact support with the order number for review. Unused physical items in original condition may be returned within seven days, except opened consecrated items. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within five to seven working days. Read the refund policy

Cancellation stops future renewals and does not automatically refund a captured charge. Support can review a renewal payment; an approved full-cycle refund removes that cycle’s access days. Cancel the renewal mandate separately in Billing.
