Should I use my Sun sign or Moon sign?

Vedic astrology reads the daily horoscope by the Moon sign (rāśi), which changes roughly every two and a half days. If you know your Moon sign, use it; if not, your Sun sign still gives a meaningful read.

How often is the reading updated?

Every day. The reading is cast from the day's live planetary positions, so it changes as the Moon moves and the ruling planet of the day changes.

Is this just a generic horoscope?

No. Instead of one almanac line reused everywhere, each sign's reading is computed against its house-lords and the day's transits over them.

Can I get a reading for my exact chart?

Yes — a daily horoscope reads by sign, but your full kundli and cited reports read your exact birth chart. Cast your free kundli to go from the general to the personal.

Do I need an account?

No. Reading your daily horoscope is free and needs no sign-up. An account only lets you save charts, track Punya and keep your reports together.

What are the lucky colour and number?

Auspicious cues traditionally drawn alongside the daily reading — a colour to favour and a number to keep in mind for the day. They accompany, never replace, the reading itself.
