She has not been able to travel since her hip. We booked the Rudrabhishek and she watched the stream on my phone. When the pandit said her name and gotra in the sankalp she started crying. I did not expect that to land the way it did.

The yantra itself is fine, brass, properly engraved, no complaint about the product. It took eleven days to reach Mysuru against a four day estimate and the tracking link did not update for a week. I had bought it for a specific date and it missed it.

Base pooja price is fair. Then there are offerings, then a garland, then a bigger garland, and my cart had grown by half before I noticed. I do not think it is dishonest, everything is priced on the screen. I just want to warn people to look at the total.

A colleague was going through a bad stretch and I booked a pooja in his name without telling him. When I sent him the recording a week later he called me. Being able to do it in somebody else's name, with their details, is the whole thing.

The dimensions are written on the page so this is partly on me for not reading them. But the picture of the idol is shot close up against a plain background and it reads as a foot tall. It is about the size of my palm.

Five mukhi, and it arrived with an actual certificate and a photograph of the bead against a scale. I have bought rudraksha off three websites before and none of them did that. The bead is the size the listing said it was.
