These promises hold for every purchase on Healers World, from a single report to a seva offered in your name.

Secure Razorpay checkout
Pay by UPI, card or net banking on Razorpay's secure payment screen. Healers World never sees or stores your card number.
Plain refund terms
If a report fails to generate, you are not charged. A seva can be cancelled for a full refund until it is performed, and unused store items can be returned within 7 days.
Your birth data stays yours
We ask before we use your birth details, use them only for your charts and reports, and never sell them. You can withdraw consent from your profile.
Help with any order
Every order appears on your orders page with its receipt. If something is wrong, request a review there or write to support@healersworld.org.

Questions before you pay

Which payment methods can I use?

UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking, all through Razorpay's secure checkout. If your Healers World wallet balance covers the full order, you can pay from the wallet instead.

Can I get a refund?

It depends on what you bought. A generated report can't be refunded once it's produced. A booked seva can be refunded only before it's performed. The exact terms are on the legal hub.

Where do I find what I bought?

Paid reports are saved to your dashboard library, and every order is listed on your orders page with its receipt.
